I would have given this a 5 star but the assembly was more difficult and one of the doors doesnt align properly but otherwise I love it!! its super cute and is the perfect size for my apartment!
Package is very heavy but very well packed. The assembly instructions are very clear and all of the pieces were included / as well as a package of extra parts just in case. Once assembled the cabinet was very sturdy! The wire rack that holds the wine glasses was broken / a spot that had been welded had come unwelded. I emailed their customer service and received a reply within minutes! The assured me they would replace the part and I would have it in a few days. I also wanted to order a couple more of the wine bottle racks and they offered to send those for free as well. The replacement parts arrived via Fedex within a few days. I cannot say enough about their customer service!! I give this cabinet 5 stars all around / it looks great in my family room! I highly recommend this product and !
I was unsure about buying this due to some of the comments about assembly well Im glad ignored them and purchased. The build was not complicated, although it took some time to mess with the hinges on the doors to get them even. The piece is darker than the pictures, but I actually prefer that. I also customized by painting the hardware black. Super happy with this purchase and how it turned out.

Careful, probably not all of them but mine came with predrilled holes that werent aligned so the shelves are all uneven.
