The 3 feet you build are made out of the same MDF board that the rest of the shelves are made of, but use regular screws to assemble that will split the wood during assembly, making the feet useless. The actual shelves are surprisingly strong for MDF Board. There is no thin cardboard backing on unit.
Beautiful product and exemplary customer support from the seller. My product delivery got delayed by 2 weeks but the seller was kind enough to understand and make adjustments to the billing based on the delay. Product looks sturdy and classy. My only advice would be to may be improve the height of the product upto atleast 17/18 inches. Right now it looks a lil bit short. But worth the money overall!
I cant understand the negative reviews. I found this product well finished and very sturdy. You do need to use some common sense when assembling it. The LED install left much to be desired, but I didnt buy it for the lights. We use the stand in front of a fireplace we seldom use.

Bought this because it says it is big enough to hold an 86 inch TV. It is definitely long enough, but not wide enough for the legs. I need to return the item and I am still waiting on the return label from the seller before I can get a refund. Seems they dont like that. Thats why only one star! 5 days out and still waiting.
The tv stand is small in height. If you have a crawling/standing baby they will be able to get on top of this. Its cute though, condo type furniture because its small and easy to maneuver. The lights are also nice which is why i kept it otherwise I would switch it for something bigger.
I didnt check measurements before I bought so thats probably my fault. I thought it would be taller but sits pretty low to the ground I actually like it like that tho. My sisters and I tried to put it together and we couldnt figure it out. My boyfriend got it together no problem. He did mention in the directions parts were labeled wrong so if anyone thinks theyre missing pieces check to make sure thats not the problem. Lights are really pretty its sturdy
