I was hesitant to order this chair since other reviewers had mentioned that it was rock hard and uncomfortable. I took a chance because I loved the orange color and needed it quickly to rock new granddaughter when she visits. I am very happy I did. Item came packed well and it took a total of about 6 minutes to assemble (I am no handyman). When I first sat in the chair, I thought, oh oh, I should have listened to the other reviewers, this thing is rock hard. However, after 2 weeks of having the chair and getting used to it's firmness, it is the most sought after seat in the family room. It is very comfortable! Supports the back in just the right spots. So glad I ordered. Very well made and stylish.

I needed to replace a worn-out recliner with something comfy but smaller and more streamlined. Matching the comfort of a recliner is almost impossible, so I was prepared to sacrifice a little comfort when I bought this chair. WRONG! The minute I sat in this baby, I was amazed at how easily I could have drifted off to sleep right then and there if I had allowed myself to. I personally prefer to sit up a little straighter than this chair is designed for; it was made with an eye for people who like to lean back a little. But putting a little throw pillow behind my back (and I keep a decorative pillow in the chair anyway for looks) makes it perfect for me. And the back is tall enough that I can put a little bolster pillow behind my neck if I need one. LOVE the height of the seat - as I get older, getting up and down from low-sitting furniture is a pain. This is a breeze to get in and out of. And the style is great - siimple, clean lines, doesn't call a lot of attention to itself, so it's very versatile. Whoever said this chair was hard as a rock and tiny and claustrophobic must have been delivered the wrong chair. Seriously. I'm 5/2 and 250 lbs, so you can imagine how wide I am, and this chair doesn't crowd me at all, it's perfect. I'm am ordering 2 more - one to replace the 2nd recliner in the family room, and one for my bedroom.
This chair was very easy to put together and extremely comfortable. We'll be using it for my newborn daughter's nursery, and we're very excited to rock her to sleep in it.
UPDATE: This seller was very quick in sending me the hardware that was missing!

You can literally fall asleep in this chair ! The cushion is so thick and soft and the fabric is so luxurious! Very satisfied with this chair
