I had to sell one, return another, AUGH, very frustrating. I found this chair and was very excited. Because I work from home and my desk is part of my living room, I didnt want the typical , high back, casters work chair. I wanted something without casters that would look like furniture.
I found that in this chair. The description says yellow, but its more cream, with specks of color. Its perfect. I say I stand corrected because I ordered, it arrived and I could not for the life of me connect the backrest to seat. Frustrated, I immediately returned. I was frustrated also because I loved the width of the seat!!!
This company was SO ACCOMMODATING, immediately refunded me. Emailed, apologized. I reordered, received almost next day. Long story short, Im sitting in it and love. My tush has met its match. Do I wish it would rise a tad bit higher, yes, but Ill compromise. The style, color blend perfect with my home.
Very comfortable and supportive. Back height is perfect. Love the swivel and no arms.
UPDATE: When putting together if possible use 2 people. Youll need extra hands when connecting backrest to seat. Its very hard to get these screw holes aligned. But once you get, its fine.
I also put those felt furniture sticky things on chair legs to slide easier on my tile floor.
Love the design of this chair, but the way the holes were drilled and the way things meet up (see photos) are absolute junk. I struggled for the past hour and a half to fit the last two screws into the holes because the threads are drilled too deep and the threads wont catch. Now Im on the hunt for screws that work, otherwise Ill have to return due to the fact that the chair is missing two screws. Ive been waiting a long time to order myself a new office chair and Im really disappointed. Quality control please!!

Easy to install and the instruction manual to install is very supportive , the wheel support is good. We can raise and lower the seat very comfortably

From the look of the photo and the reviews, I was expecting the to be soft; probably a short, crushed velvet. The is scratchy, and it reminds me of bleached burlap. I rather detest it. I almost did not put the chair together because I was so disappointed in the .
The directions for assembly were easy. Basically, you add 8 screws and washers. However, some of the screws were not long enough to hold the chair securely. I had to pull them out and start over leaving out the washers in at least 5 of the 8 screw holes. I needed the extra length in order for the screws to hold.
I do not feel secure sitting in this chair. I know how precariously the screws are holding.
I found that I really miss the wheels on an office chair. I put the legs on furniture sliders so that I can scoot it when needed. The sliders pop out frequently causing me to grumble. It is not possible to add wheels to the chairs frame.
It does have a wide seat and is almost comfortable if you do not need to move the chair around. That is about the nicest thing I can say about this chair.
As you have probably noted, I am not a big fan of this chair. So, I may be the only dissenting voice, but I do not like this chair. I do not believe it to be safe, and the is scratchy and ugly. Enough said.
i got this for my 10 year old grandson, and he loves it. it is a little large in size for him, but i figure it is something he can keep a round for a while. he says it is very comfortable and he really likes it. i feel like it would be a good chair for doing homework and hobbies in.

This is a very wide chair and surprised it is only rated for 300lbs, well my husband is 310lbs 62 and it holds him. Im 58 and 205lbs and its comfortable for about an hour before the cushion compresses and my but bones are feeling the hard substrate.
This is very comfortable and the cushioning is dense like you find with quality furniture. Even after a few hours seated it doesnt compress down to where I feel the hard substructure. The synthetic weave is comfortable on bare skin and not itchy or sweaty.
The problems Im having with it seem to stem from the hydraulic shock. It is not smooth operating when sitting down or standing up from it. It seems to stutter or get stuck on the chrome shaft and its noisy. Ive tried using a dry lubricant that didnt work, then tried another Teflon type lubricant and still no change.
The second issue is when you swivel around the chair dips you front to back and side to side as though it has a high spot somewhere. Weve moved it many places and on many surfaces in our home and still the same issue.
Weve used a vertical level on the hydraulic shock body and thats good, weve removed and reinstalled the seat and back just in case and still no changes.
So Ive succumbed to marking the leg where the high side is and placing it in the front when seated, since Id rather be leaned back than forward or to the side.
Overall I like the chair and the style reminds me of the Bob Newhart show, something you would see in his office. Unfortunately the non fixable issues Im having with it severely sway my star rating, it could be a 5.

Good chair, its stable but because of its design it does tip a bit if you lean too far to one side or the other. Small issue getting one of the screws to go in, but still took me less than 10 min to assemble. has a great pattern in person that you cant fully see in the picture. Its like a yellow, tan, beige combo that is nice and neutral. Comfortable and nice recline.

ABSOLUTE JUNK
