This recliner is very comfortable. I received the recliner in two separate deliveries just as the seller said I would. One of the cartons had some damage however after opening the box the recliner was well packaged and there was no damage. The chair came with great instructions to assemble and it was a very easy process. It took me, a 68 year old senior, about 40 min. The heat and massage work very well and the chair is very comfortable. The material is very soft and feels great. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Purchased 2 recliners for my 6/bed asst. living home, to replace two regular chairs. They look great and are super comfortable. I didnt get them for the massage and heat, but those are appreciated, even if none of us know quite how to use em! The button on the side to recline/stand up seems simple enough for me, but it isnt obvious to folks with memory problems. This isnt a major issue, just thought Id mention it. All in all, it is a great upgrade, and everyone is happy!

The massage really isnt a massage. It is really just light vibration, which will be could to help her circulation but if you are looking for more of a massage this isnt the chair for you. I love the chair the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it had about a half inch tear at the bottom of the base on one side and some lite scuffing on the other side.
