Arrived without a metal washer or assembly instructions. Made do without either. This is a low/end product, as the price indicates so I still give it four stars. Reclines at a comfortable angle, swivels smoothly, average size, stationary//no wheels was a must, tiny bit squeaky, metal ing seems very sturdy in contrast to the thin vinyl and cloth covering stapled to the bottom. This chair is for my elderly father/in/law. I dont think it could withstand the roughhousing of children or the claws of pets very well.

Saw similar chair on sale for 229 in local store, checked online saw this for 89 and figured Id order it and see. I got it in 3 days, super easy to put together, looks sharp and very comfortable. Next day someone else in office sat it in and asked me to get him one got that one in 3 days. Today my husband stopped by to see me sat in chair and ask me to buy one for his office. Ive bought 3 chairs in less than 10 days and shared link with others from office. Another great purchase.
The chair was simple and easy to assemble. Its very comfortable. I have it in my bedroom for when I like to just sit back and relax and watch tv. Love it!
