The real reason for this review has very little to do with the bed frame itself. I am more than happy with the frame. Assembly was simple, the frame is sturdy and frankly it came just as advertised. The reason for this review is because I do not think that I have ever been as impressed with the delivery of a product. Obviously this bed frame started out as a large, heavy box left on my porch; but with unpacking it became obvious that puts an extreme amount of thought into their customer service.
1. The frame comes with your typical hardware EXCEPT somehow managed to figure out that no customer in the world wants to assemble ANYTHING with a standard Allen wrench. They include a ratchet tool instead. It is not heavy duty but the fact that they spend the extra money to provide a tool that decreases frustration and assembly time ten fold is impressive.
2. They actually include spare parts. Rather than ending assembly with Yeah this will probably stay together with 3 screws instead of 4 They have multiple spares for each part (yet another additional cost that most companies choose to skip).
3. Lastly, the Thank you card is not just a thank you card. It is a pay-it-forward style card that is designed to spread encouragement rather than just waste paper. They include two different cards with each purchase: One, a thank you card, in case the frame was a gift; the second a Hello There card that is simply meant to be forwarded on to someone who might need some kind words. Yet another example of something that is paying to do that is NOT ASKED OR REQUIRED OF THEM simply to make the world a little less harsh.
Again, the bed frame is great. 10/10 will buy again if I am in need of another, but the most impressive part of this purchase is the attention to detail that accompanied the actual product.
