After reading reviews from satisfied customers and admiring the comfortable looking lines of the chair, I decided to order the Newport. Love the taupe color, the comfort, the ease in getting up, and the swivel feature. The foot stool is comfortable in either direction and is easy to move. I will use a small pillow for additional lumbar support. It was easy to assemble / four hands make it easier to align screws. It arrived with a slightly damaged shipping box. The two bases had some minor issues. Lamps Plus was on top of things and sent replacements when I contacted them by email. With all the current COVID issues in communication, there was a little confusion about the replacement parts sent and I ended up with two brand new foot stools. I didnt want to wait for more parts and decided to just put it together with the damaged bases. The small dents were not even visible. Taped up the replacement box and Lamps Plus had FedEx pick it up. Everyone was super helpful and I love the chair. I will definitely look at Lamps Plus first in the future because of their superior customer service. Better than expected.
