I was able to put this together with the help of my 3 yr old and 5 yr old. So with their help it took longer than it should have... The frame was really easy to put together and then immediately we found out how sturdy it was as the kiddos started climbing all over it. We put a linenspa 8 inch mattress on it and it has been great for the kids. Now we have not had a full size adult sleep on it yet but we have sat on it and havent had any problems. No noise from the metal either. I really do appreciate the fact that the bars going across under the mattress have rubber stoppers to prevent metal on metal contact. The parts even came with 2 spares just incase they need to be replaced or one it missing. We did have an issue with one of the larger balls for the post. The plate that is tack welded into the pipe was not level so when screwing the ball in we had to push the ball into the correct upright position which Im sure just bent the screw on the inside of the ball. But it is in place and you cant tell that the internal plate is not level. The bed is absolutely perfect for what we need it for and I would recommend it to family and friends. If we have issues with it I will update.
