The pathetic diagram instructions were different than the actual product. The holes to put the safety pin from the chain were in a different place than what the diagram showed. They dont even say what the safety pin does. What is it for.
No description or instructions said you also needed to buy a sturdy base to put the umbrella in. We put it in a hole in our patio table and the umbrella rotated and spun around every time there was a breeze. When we angled it to block the sun it did not stay put because we did not know it needed to be secured in a base. Now I had to order a base and have to wait another week to use it and see if it actually does work!
