My 500.00 patio umbrella nylon cord broke 8 months after purchase and we have been unable to open and close it ever since. I reached out to Customer Service and they told me it was out of the 1 year manufacturers warranty and they could not assist me. So I tried again by asking if they could send instructions on how to replace the paracord. Guess what they said it is too hard to change out as the hardware has to be dis/assembled. How is that for helping the customer in his time of need. Warning to anyone interested in buying their products. Think twice before you pull the trigger on your order. If yours does have problems after 1 year you are on your own to repair it. Rude and in/ considerate people!!
