I had some issues with my original purchase of a patio umbrella from and let it be know via a two star review of the purchase and the return of the umbrella. In retrospect the fault was most likely was with the shipper, not . That did not prevent from responding directly to me offering a new patio umbrella at no cost. I was both shocked and delighted that would go to such an extent to maintain customer satisfaction with their product.
