This product is a very well built unit. It works wonderfully and with all the adjustments available, it will be a nice addition to our back yard for years to come.
One caveat however.this item showed up damaged from what I can only assume was shipping related. The main support was dented in two places. The umbrella itself was abraded in several places and also had a cut in the fabric.
After contacting Customer Service, I was reassured by them that they would make it right, and they did.
This assures I will be a return customer for future outdoor living purchases.
