Beautiful and well made with great Customer Service
Umbrella is well made and sturdy! Worth the money! I also ordered the weighted base. When ordering online, I am not just concerned about the quality of the product but more importantly the quality of the customer service. For instance when we received the shipment of the umbrella, the delivery service had ripped open the box in transit and the canopy had a cut in it about 2 inches long and the support post scratched in multiple places. I contacted immediately and sent pictures to report the issue. Anna was very responsive, very helpful and very prompt with replacing the canopy, the support post, and a small refund for our inconvenience due to the fact that the original was not in perfect condition when received even though the delivery service was the reason for the issue. I cannot say enough how great this company was in helping me with this replacement and very communicative. I will be buying more outdoor patio products from this company in the future.
