I was really excited to get this for my Mom. Its cute. Its prefab so one can only expect so much. Of course, I was the lucky winner who received the package without instructions included. It was a Saturday when I opened the box so the Sellers customer service department wasnt open. I did email them and they got back to me right away on their time zone. By the time I received their response 3+ hours of strategizing had passed and I was finally able to complete the assembly. (Thankfully I put enough of these prefabs together that the parts looked somewhat familiar. It had just been a while so it took me longer to recall how it may be assembled properly.) Ive attached screenshots of the PDF file of instructions received from the Seller. I hope this is helpful to anyone else in need that may run into the snag that I did. Hey, the timing may not have been great for me but we are all human and mistakes happen. lookforthegood
