This chair is comfortable and good quality. The top is very well put together and they are very firm. The back is not as high as I expected so not as much back support as I hoped for, but if you sit back and relax they are comfortable.
The first chair was more challenging to put together but once I figured it out, they take about 20 minutes. I would recommend putting down plastic before assembling them as they do mess up the floor and Im not sure where it comes from as I wiped down the legs and they dont leave any marks. But if you put them together on a bare floor expect to clean up and it takes many wipes. Also the chair legs do assemble at an angle. I thought the legs were supposed to be straight so I had to take it apart and redue it after I figured out the proper way to assemble on my second chair. The chair legs are an expresso color (almost black) which is what I wanted. They are a good quality chair and look very nice.
They do have a bit of a smell from the finish. However let them sit outside for a while and the next morning the smell is pretty much gone!
