Arrived on time and they moved it into the house, unpacked it, and took away the wrappings. Fabric is soft and durable. This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. It does take up a bit of space but well worth it. You can curl up to read, nap, or snuggle with pets and you don’t feel cramped.
