Package arrived rough looking. Holes in the headboard and side railsthe most disappointing thing was the actual inside the headboard is bent on one side! Im so upset. I called and they are sending me a replacement but the thought of taking all this down to send back is frustrating. I wouldve been happy with just a new headboard and I would return this defective one but they are having me package up everything and return. Got this for my birthday and it turned out really crappy ill update when and if they send a replacement.
