This frame withstands not only the test of time (so far) but the test of children. This includes jumping pushing, pulling, more jumping, hiding under, etc. My 5 year old can hide under this bed but my one year old can not figure out how to get under it so thats a plus for me! It does not bang against the wall (thank god) and it is extremely sturdy! There isnt really any storage capacity but Im sure theres some kind of shallow storage boxes you could buy to slide under the bed. It was extremely easy for me (at 9 months pregnant at the time) to assemble by myself. Love this frame!!
