It came in a LOT of cardboard, then I found the entire bed was stored inside the headboard. That was interestingnot sure why all the cardboard if everything was self contained in the bed.
Easy to assemble. I did it in about an hour with a 3 year old helping me.
No issues so far, after nightly use for 3/4 months. I do like that its a bit lower than my previous frame/box spring combo, so my shorter shelf can get in/out of bed a little easier.
