I almost did not buy this because of all the negative reviews but Im happy I did! It came in two boxes and shipping was fast. All the parts are in the Velcro under the couch. I put it together in about 45 min (thats after I switched the sides of where I wanted the chaise to be). The Velcro for the pillows lines up perfectly as well despite other reviews. It is a little firm but only had it for two days. For less than 700, you cant beat it. The faux leather feels super soft and not plastic like. I love this couch though and hope it lasts for awhile. So far so good
