Should be 5 stars but some people just cant be pleased!
They responded to my issue very quickly. This was the easiest item I have ever assembled in my life. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. All the parts were there, and only took 2 hours to put together, while being distracted by a 4 year old. Bunks are very sturdy when built properly. I am 230 lbs and the beds didnt even creak when I laid in them. Great quality, amazing for the price. Could not recommend this bunk bed more.
