This took over an hour to set up, several part bags were already torn open as if this was a returned item that they later gave to me. Several connectors and smaller poles were missing. The connectors were all in one huge bag and I had to sort them out by size in order to understand what I was looking at, it would have been easier if they were sorted and separated. The cover was ok quality, could be improved if given a studier zipper, the windows on the side were easy to use. The height was right for me, the shelving could have been sturdier, as it is held to the pole by zip ties. Overall I will keep it because I need it to keep my plants warm for winter, but I was super disappointed that the items were clearly used and then resold with missing pieces.
