Easy to assemble and kept plants warm during extreme weather this year

I used this Greenhouse to store tropical plants outdoors from October 2020 to March 2021 in North Texas. The plants included Peppers, Banana, Jasmine, Herbs etc. All the plants survived and the temperature inside the enclosure ranged from 90 degrees to 0 degrees during the winter freeze in Texas. The Greenhouse cover had no damage during the high winds and freeze, when ice formed inside the greenhouse. Preparation: 1. The Greenhouse frame was set on a concrete patio where it had maximum sun exposure. 2. A single layer of corrugated cardboard from shipping boxes was used under the frame. This provided a seal when the frame settled into cardboard and lasted all winter. The plastic flap on outside was then covered with soil to keep the wind out. 3. The frame and the cover were attached to wooden stakes in the ground (see picture). The provided pegs would not have lasted a single strong gust (we had many this winter). 4. Seal off the side windows to reduce heat loss and add a 700w oil/filled electric space heater to keep temperature at minimum range of 40 / 50 degrees. There was no noticeable increase in electricity usage as heater wasnt used most of the time. A Govee temperature and humidity monitor provided temperature monitoring (see picture) via bluetooth. 5. During the unexpected freezing spell (see picture with ice bucket), added lots of bubble wrap (from shipping boxes) around floor walls. It was also very sunny during this time and temperatures inside were 35 degrees higher than the outside during the day. I am satisfied with the product durability and looking forward to a few more seasons of use. Cheers.
