We didnt stake down our greenhouse before a storm blew through, and it was pushed across our backyard as a result. Several of the connectors were broken, and so I contacted the sellers to ask about purchasing a new set of these they immediately sent us a replacement set of connectors at no charge. Fantastic customer service, and the greenhouse is a really great product.
