Overall, for the price, this is a decent couch. Many of the parts (e.g., cushions, hardware, etc.) are packed inside other parts. The hardware werent packed securely resulting in screws, washers, etc. getting lost inside the couch. I was able to find most pieces, but ended having to go out and buy additional hardware for the pieces I couldnt find. Installation was rather straightforward aside from some of the holes were difficult to see. Better directions.
