The boxes are not labeled which to open first, so you have to guess which to start with. It has the directions in the first one. Also, directions dont indicate if items should be placed with the finished side up or down. Seems sturdy except the cardboard like backing to the closet, and the stoppers for the closet door are too small. The bed is beautiful and my daughter certainly loves it. Its good enough.
