Overall, it looks good and is as pictured in description. No assembly required other than putting the baskets in the slots. However, the baskets are not very good quality. They are very hard to pull out. The basket fibers get caught on the wood when you try to slide it out and ‘splinter’. You really have to wiggle and pull on them to get them to slide out. I originally wanted to use this next to the doorway for shoes, gloves etc. I dont think it will work since my preschooler will have a hard time pulling out the baskets to access her items. I’m also afraid if a child tries to pull these baskets out the unit will fall on them as it’s not very heavy. If you want it as a non functional accent piece of furniture then it’ll work for you. However, if you expect it to be a more frequently used functional piece then I’d suggest something different. We bought this on sale and I still think it wasn’t worth the money unfortunately. It’s a large piece so it’d be a hassle to return at this point or I would. I’d expect higher quality for the money.
