It was certainly a bag for my buck for the sturdiness of the frame. Wish the headboard was slightly taller, cannot really appreciate the headboard if you have more than one set of pillows. I have a 12 inch mattress, so with the bedding you cannot really see much of the headboard. Space below is plenty if one needed it for extra storage. This product is pretty decent for the price
