I want to updated my review and give them a 5 star rating instead of 4 because of their aming customer service. I bought this bed over 1 year ago (still great). I recently moved and the movers lost 2 F4 beams. I contacted the seller and they sent me beams. They even expressed shipped them. The frame is cute and I liked how it looks, but I had some issues. 1. Some parts were rusty; 2. some of the holes were not entirely opened so it took extra work to get the screws in; 3. Some parts didnt fit together.
Ive only had this bed frame for one day so might update this review later. Will only update if something bad happens.
