The directions are terrible. Very poorly drawn pictures, no text. If you dont have any sort of DIY/Assembly sense in your brain, youll have a tough time putting this together. Also, the tools they send you are garbage. I used my own tools. A screw driver with an Allen bit and a nice screw driver will make it go together faster. There was no damage to the packaging, but the insides were a complete mess. I will be finding little bits of Styrofoam for weeks. The hardware packaging was dripping with oil, which made assembly a more tedious because the screws were all very slick. All that said, I didnt have any trouble assembling. All the screw holes lined up and none of the screws were stripped or bent. Its not the most sturdy piece of furniture but it will do the job of a computer desk.
