Both chairs we bought 8 months ago, started to sag at the front of the seat for my wife.
Now one front leg of my wifes current chair is starting to collapse. The lower board the leg bolts to is stapled to the vertical front board from the backside, and splintered. A good design would have stapled it to the bottom of the front board. Without taking the chairs apart, I can only assume the metal seat frame is slowing ripping through the inner (unreinforced) boards of the sidearms.
