Warm! I have been using these for the NC duck hunting season and they have worked great. I am a big guy (62 275lbs) and the size 14 fit nicely with room to move around and use my kayak. Unless the temps drop below 40 degrees I only wear a pair of shorts with these waders and they keep me warm and dry. I liked them so much I bought my brother a pair for Christmas.
