The bed had some shipping delays which the service team was able to swiftly resolve, customer service is great.
The finish of the bed, we got the lighter wood color. (Wife ordered it I had to assemble).
Instructions were clear, all the bags of hardware were easily labeled. It was very assembler friendly, though I would recommend using an Allen wrench bit with a torque adjusting drill (as to not strip), because there is a lot of bolts.
My only complaint is one of the large Allen screws on the top board was stripped out, (the hole in the top board was too big)and a 6 bolt was to short, (basically one of the bolts in the 6 package was not a 6 so my one top board is not as secure as it could be.
Son loves it, thinks it is awesome and assembly wasnt to bad. Id recommend it.
