Very comfortable, glad I purchased for my bedroom. I love the simplicity and design of the bed, its really nice. However, my mattress is a bit thicker than most, so if you have a thick mattress, this headboard may be a bit shorter than you can hope. Nonetheless, its a beautiful frame.
