This is a pretty nice little dinning table, This dinning table would be well suited in a small place like a small apartment or condo. We have been using it as a side preparation table in addition to our regular dinning table. The table was very easy to assemble and it seems to be very sturdy. The wood seems to be very high quality. We havent had any issues with this table. I would highly recommend this dining table. Perfect for us
