This suitcase is great, I have gone on several trips from the USA to Africa and back in it was great. I had a problem with the lock so customs cut the lock off. replaced the case.
I just came back from another trip and discover one of the wheels (only one side) was broken.
I contacted and they told me they already replaced my bag. Well, I dont read in the warranty is about a one-time replacement. If the case breaks honor your warranty!
