I would have have a better rating if one of the parts that came in wasnt broken. The bed comes with a phone number you can call and they took forever to get back to me. When they finally called back they couldnt just send me a new they wanted me to go online and do it myself. Which I wasnt able to do. So I just had to make do without the part. This was a nightmare to assemble.
