very stable. Not as bad as some furniture can be, and it did have all the parts needed, but it definitely was a chore. Now that its together, it is solid. Very sturdy, and the little one hasnt stopped playing on it yet (3 hours later). Only complaint is the slide is a bit steep, granted if it were longer the space it would take up would be insane as this is already pretty wide to end of slide. Definitely recommend.
