I ordered two of these chairs. Both arrived damaged concealed in cardboard boxes and bags so the delivery men just left them at my house. After unwrapping them, I discovered the junk quality that these are Far from 100% top grain leather and the pictures speak for themselves. customer service did nothing to help me whatsoever. I expected quality at this price point and top grain leather which is what was advertised. Ive spent four hours of my day on this and Im livid. Go ahead and save yourselves the trouble from buying this junk.
