Great chair - however—shipping damaged arms/buttons
Overall- love the look of the chair and the feel.
I do think needs to protect the front arms better during shipping with this chair. Many come squished after shipping like my chair, ( one arm was much worse than the other.) I was also missing 2 buttons and a third button is loose. The package that stores the washers was open and so I am missing 4 washers and the little rings that go with them.
I will probably take back if I dont get some sort of discount.
