This is a decent little fan at this under $100 price point. My handy man said it was moderately difficult to put together and install, not his most complicated but not a total breeze either. This is 3 blade fan, for a room thats not too large. The fan is very quiet, which we love, with a remote control that has a case that can be mounted to the wall.
