The product arrived timely and the color was very accurately represented (I was a little worried about that as some items Ive ordered online werent exactly as they appeared in the picture, and it isnt like I could have just paired it with a different couch). The piece itself is fairly sturdy and the storage area is ample. I am able to store four regular sized throw pillows along with two blankets with no issues (and a little room to spare). The bench is shipped without the feet attached (they are located in the storage compartment and need to be screwed in when you receive the piece), which was expected. My only complaint (which, as far as Im concerned is worth two stars) is that when I opened the storage compartment to retrieve the feet, the hinge on the left hand side broke away from the lid. Two of the three screws were more or less floating, held in place only by the fabric they were screwed through, and the hinge was being held to the body of the bench by only one screw. Attempting to reattach the hinge with the screws in question was useless as the part of the frame that they would have needed to bite into to have any hold was destroyed when they were torn out. I replaced them with three slightly larger screws and the hinge is now holding nicely. The fix itself was very simple, but a brand new product that has been out of the packaging for less than 90 seconds should not require any fixing at all.
