I bought this shelf as a discounted used item, but everything appeared to be brand new when I opened the box. It was nicely packaged and had very easy directions to follow. Its the perfect addition to my home office/gaming setup, and it looks nice and clean with no exposed cables.
The screws provided for mounting the bracket to the wall studs were quite long and you might want to pre/drill a hole in the studs using a drill bit. Very pleased with this purchase.
