Issues with , but now that its over Im happy with it.
Came as described The queen slats they sent were too short by about 3/8ths of an inch. They said drill at an angle but the slats have predrilled holes with a countersink... you cant drill at an angle. I called and talked to about it. I figured maybe this was a quality control issue and that another set of slats would work. I explained the issue thoroughly, they saw my order of a queen bed, and they just said ok, so the slats are too small, well send you a new set. After waiting 10 days for the new slats, they sent me KING slats. What the hell. So I said screw it and drilled my own holes and cut down the king slats with the help of a friend so now I have double slats which I guess isnt bad. It was a real PITA sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 2 weeks because of this. In the end though, I like the bed, its sturdy, and I like the trim around the edge. Its good to set a water bottle or phone. I would just say plan to drill your own holes because the slats and the frame are unlikely to match up.
