4 stars for real wood and the stain is nice
2 stars for the cushion. Its not very comfortable and the suede-like poly as others pointed seems to catch everything
3 stars for assembly - its all Allen bolts, one bolt was defective making me go to the hardware store. Takes for ever with the Allen key included.
3 stars for stability, 3 out of 4 chairs wobbled so I had to use nail glides on one leg, another hardware store item.
4 stars for value, hey these are cheap chairs that look decent. I wish I had gotten the even cheaper ones.... use for rental property not your own home IMO
