We received a box containing about 250 parts with NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS! It was only after opening the box and going through the 250 parts that we realized the instructions were missing. It is not humanly possible to assemble the bed without the directions. With the most important part missing, the directions, the rest went in the trash!
