Very bad customer service. The sofa look so petite, it is really small. It is like a kid sofa. If you are 5 feet tall minimum you will definitely have issue with your back it is too short. The legs are also short . I paid 99.99 for shipping the item to my house and now UPS asked me 373 to return the two boxes to the seller. Come on guys ! I paid 386 for the Sofa , the seller does not want at all to give me a prepaid return label. By picture the Sofa looks good but in reality when you receive it , it is totally different size wize.
