Excellent customer service The upholstery on the frame is great, but box spring part of the bed frame was difficult to assemble. Some of the boards were too short and I simply couldnt screw them in on both sides. Luckily, it seems to support my mattress fine but I worry about it caving. Good for the price. Rest of the assembly is easy.
