The chair is comfortable, well built and quiet. However, a month and a half after operation, it suddenly stopped working. My heart sank when I logged on to to find out that the return date had expired. Expecting to have a problem on my hands, I wrote an email to House, the manufacturer that evening. By early next morning, I received a reply stating that I would be receiving a call after 9 am my time. Being the skeptic that I am, I thought to myself that it would not happen. To my surprise, I did receive a phone call from Renee and she was very helpful in giving me instructions on what to look for. I mentioned that I was not home, but would get back if needed. The next day I received another follow-up call to make sure I had resolved the issue. How many manufacturers do that these days???
The problem was not even the chairs fault. A power cord had become loose at the power block and it took two seconds to plug back in. 5 Star service by Renee. A two minute follow-up phone call certainly made a huge impression. Other manufacturers should take note.
